Privacy
Provisional version, 21 October 2026. Premicy is in preparation. We will revise this page once the operating company is formed.
Who is responsible
We will name the responsible company here once it is formed. Until then, write to datenschutz [at] premicy [dot] ch with any privacy question.
What the contact form collects
- Your name, your email address and your message.
- Your choice of who you are writing as (company, private client, caterer or chef, something else).
- Technical data: your IP address. The website itself holds it in memory for at most one hour to limit too many requests from the same address. The web server in front of it also keeps an access log with IP address, time, requested address and status code. It serves security and troubleshooting. The retention period is still to be set.
The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from other servers, fonts included.
Why
We use your details only to answer your message. The IP address is used only to protect the website and the form from abuse and for troubleshooting.
How your message reaches us
The form sends your message as an email to our mailbox. The website, the mail sending and the mailbox run on our own servers in the EU. We do not pass your details on to anyone else.
How long
We keep the email until your request is dealt with, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and ask for a copy. Write to datenschutz [at] premicy [dot] ch. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
